Sponsor a Child

Information
A rescued child can be sponsored for $25.00 per month. Once you choose to sponsor a child, you become a "padrino" or godparent. The money given for sponsorship of a child is used in four areas. To provide food and clothing for your sponsored child and also to take care of his educational and medical needs. FCM does not withold any of the sponsorship money for administrative expenses. In order to meet the rescued children's needs, we need to have ten sponsors per child. We suggest also that you send $10.00 for your sponsored child's birthday and $25.00 to $50.00 for Christmas. As a "Padrino" or godparent, you will receive a picture profile of your sponsored child and you will receive letters from him a couple of times a year.

You may pay for your sponsorship yearly or monthly. This can now be done online with your credit card or you may send your tax-deductible check or money order to our offices at P.O. Box 24085,Chattanooga, TN 37422. If you choose to become a child sponsor please contact us through the CONTACT page and let us know which child or children you would like to sponsor.

From time to time some of the boys will leave the ministry. When they do, our FCM Honduran staff does all it can to seek them out and encourage them to return. This may take place over the course of several weeks to a month. You as a child sponsor will not be informed of this until we are convinced that the child will not be returning to the ministry. When you are informed, you will be given the option of discontinuing you sponsorship or switching it over to another child.
